Your mission

As our IT Recruiter / Sourcer, you will be the explorer of hidden talent markets. You know how to identify top-tier IT professionals through niche communities, LinkedIn, and creative multi-channel sourcing strategies. You build strong talent pipelines long before roles officially open, and you know how to craft outreach messages that actually get responses.
You will work closely with hiring managers to define the right profiles, ensure smooth and professional communication with candidates, and create a strong candidate experience throughout the process. You will also have the freedom to experiment with new tools, AI solutions, and innovative sourcing strategies.

What you will do
  • Source high-quality passive IT candidates through multiple channels
  • Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines
  • Write compelling outreach messages that spark interest and engagement
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process with clear and professional communication
  • Ensure every candidate interaction leaves a positive impression of ILIAS Solutions
  • Bring fresh ideas, tools, and sourcing strategies to continuously improve our recruitment approach

Your capabilities

What you bring
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as an IT Sourcer, Technical Recruiter, or in a similar role
  • A strong understanding of IT profiles, including developers, DevOps engineers, data professionals, system engineers, and cybersecurity specialists
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS systems
  • The ability to build long-term relationships rather than purely transactional interactions
  • A curious, proactive, and independent mindset
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
