As our
IT Recruiter / Sourcer, you will be the explorer of hidden talent markets. You know how to identify top-tier IT professionals through niche communities, LinkedIn, and creative multi-channel sourcing strategies. You build strong talent pipelines long before roles officially open, and you know how to craft outreach messages that actually get responses.
You will work closely with hiring managers to define the right profiles, ensure smooth and professional communication with candidates, and create a strong candidate experience throughout the process. You will also have the freedom to experiment with new tools, AI solutions, and innovative sourcing strategies.
