Opportunity

The Senior Controller supports the financial and operational processes by delivering transparency, analysis, and insights to drive performance and informed decision-making. You act as a sparring partner for both management and business stakeholders, both locally and in interaction with our group company.

Your mission

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
Analyze financial and operational performance (e.g. sales, margins, production efficiency, utilization, overheads).
Interact with the accounting department during monthly closing procedures and financial audits.
Track KPI’s across departments and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with business units to improve cost structures, process efficiency, and resource allocation.
Support strategic planning and investment decisions with data-driven analysis.
Maintain and enhance controlling tools, dashboards, and reporting standards.
Ensure financial and operational data integrity and consistency.
Act as a sparring partner to department heads on both financial and business topics.
Get involved in ad hoc requests related to financial and business topics.

Your capabilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
3 to 7+ years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
High level of ownership, structure, and attention to detail.
Business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
