Opportunity
The Junior Project Manager supports the successful delivery of solution implementation projects by assisting senior project managers in planning, coordination, and execution. This role is ideal for a motivated, early-career professional eager to develop core project management skills and grow into a full project leadership position. Occasional travel may be required.
Your mission

  • Project Planning Support
     Assist in defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Project Coordination & Tracking
     Maintain project documentation including plans, milestones, action lists, and resource allocations; track progress against schedules and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication
     Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations; support communication with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management
     Identify potential risks and issues early, maintain risk and issue logs, and escalate concerns to senior project managers as appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration
     Support collaboration across project team members and ensure effective information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management Support
     Assist in managing change requests and assessing their impact on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Reporting & Metrics
     Provide regular project status updates, performance metrics, and documentation to senior management.
Development & Growth
You will receive structured onboarding, mentorship from experienced project managers, and a clear development plan. The role offers exposure to international projects, cross-functional teams, and innovative solutions, providing a strong foundation for a future career in project management.
Your capabilities

  • 2-4 years of experience in project-based environments (including internships, academic projects, or junior roles). 
  • Dutch or French are mandatory for this role, and professional level English is also  required.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, budget, quality).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with project tools such as Planner, MS Project, or Jira is a plus.
  • Interest in logistics, aviation, defense, or technology sectors is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support project activities.
