ILIAS Solutions is looking for a friendly, organized part-time receptionist to manage our front desk and assist with various administrative tasks. 

Your mission

• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Manage appointments and schedule meetings for staff members.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning.
• Provide general information to clients, visitors, and staff.
• Ensure security procedures are followed (e.g., visitor check-ins).
• Assist in coordinating office supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor

Your capabilities

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
