Opportunity

The Sourcer/ Recruiter will play a key role in identifying  and attracting talent for a variety of roles within the organization. The main focus in this role will be searching candidates through different channels & creating a talent pool for future positions.

Your mission

• Source, identify, and engage passive candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, position specifications, and team dynamics.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage ongoing communication with prospects.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
• Assist in maintaining and updating applicant tracking system (ATS).

Your capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as a sourcer.
• Strong proficiency in using various recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Experienced in using LinkedIn Seat
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and engage with candidates effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software.
• A strong sense of urgency and drive for results.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Dutch & English. Knowledge of French would be an asset.
