Your mission

We’re searching for a Senior Laravel Developer with a passion for innovation, an eye for detail, and the skills to take software from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, scale, and optimize large production environments.
Develop applications with Laravel (Filament experience is a big plus!).
Optimize systems using containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
Keep overall performance of the system to finger snap speeds, including indexed searches, API calls, large queries, all for ten thousands of concurrent users.
Create seamless user experiences (UX) and bring a good sense of UI design to the table.
Collaborate with team members to bring innovative solutions to life.

Your capabilities

5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and its ecosystem.
React experience is a strong advantage.
Expertise in performance optimization, with a focus on millisecond-level improvements for high-performing systems.
Solid understanding of UX principles and a strong sense of UI design that resonates with users.
Proficiency in Git workflows and containerized environments.
Proven ability to set up and manage scalable production systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership and experiment with new ideas.
Practicing clear communication and marketing of a product to internal and external users
