Opportunity
As a Workplace Engineer you are responsible for managing, installing and optimizing our workplace environments. You ensure that our users can work efficiently and safely by performing proactive maintenance and providing support for IT-related questions.
Your mission
• Manage, deploy, and optimize workplace environments, including Windows, MacOS, Office 365, hardware, and software.
• Provide support to users and quickly resolve issues.
• Ensure a secure digital workplace by implementing security updates and managing endpoints.
• Develop and apply scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with the IT team to continuously improve and implement new technologies.
Your capabilities
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience.
• Knowledge of MS365, Entra, Intune, Defender and PurView and scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Experience in managing workplace environments and user support.
• Affinity with IT and a strong interest in cybersecurity and new technologies.
• You are flexible, proactive and solution-oriented.
• You work independently, result-oriented and have perseverance to be successful.
• You have an eye for detail and work accurately.
• You are security-minded and have an open attitude towards innovations.
• Language skills: fluent in Dutch and English.
