• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing, to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Ensure designs adhere to established design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
• Effectively communicate design rationale and present design solutions to stakeholders.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in enterprise software or defense industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research to final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar in creating interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

• Experience with usability testing software, survey platforms, and qualitative data analysis tools.
