ILIAS Solutions is on the hunt for an experienced team leader integration engineer who will take the overall operational responsibility of his team and supports the way forward in his/her team making sure that it remains in line with the objectives and is understood by all of the team members.
You can work in the Brussels office and at home, with occasional travel to global customer sites.

Your mission
As a teamlead integration you will:
Manage delivery
Contribute to realisation
Steer for improvement
Steer members for ownership
Support Quality and security awareness
Your capabilities
Has people management experience
Has experience on strategy and strategic thinking and understands how the solution fits the ILIAS overall strategy, priorities and business benefits
Has proven analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make recommendations.
Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Has affinity with consultancy & change management
Has affinity with logistics, aviation, Defense Industry and/or Military Operations.
Has strong knowledge of software integration and deployment methods, and
